TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Protech Contest will start from 1st of August 2018 and entries will be accepted until the midnight of 10th of August, 2018. The result of the contest will be announced on 15th of August, 2018
  • You should like one of our official social media pages: Facebook page www.facebook.com/protechgroupindia or simply @protechgroupindia, Instagram Page https://www.instagram.com/protechgroupindia/ or simply @protechgroupindia and Twitter page www.twitter.com/protechgroupind or simply @protechgroupindia
  • You should post your photo onto one of our official social media pages. For Facebook, you need to visit the ‘Posts’ page to upload your photograph of your entry. For Instagram and Twitter, you just need to tag our official page respectively while posting your entry photograph.Make sure your Instagram account is set on public when tagging us so that we can view your entry.
  • Mention the category name and number you are participating in for it to be counted as a valid entry.
  • You should use the hashtag #IndependenceDayContest along with an explanation of the photo that is uploaded. The explanation should not be more than 280 characters.
  • The tri-colour - Saffron, White and Green) should be present in the correct sequence irrespective of the category that you choose to participate.
  • After a successful upload in FB, you will be able to view your submission in the 'Visitor Posts' section in the 'Posts' tab.
  • After upload, you are required to visit our contest page http://www.protechgroup.in/landingpages/Protech_Independenceday_Contest.php and fill the contest form for us to give your contest ID.
  • Protech Group confirms that no information that you submit will be shared to any third parties. All information will be kept confidentially.
  • Protech Group reserves the right and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant found not eligible to participate in the Contest without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  • An individual participant only can submit entries. Group entries will not be accepted.
  • Participants should not submit entries for any person other than themselves, regardless of whether or not the Participant has submitted his/her own entry.
  • If the Participant dislikes our Social Media Pages at any time during the Contest Period, his/her entry under the Contest will be considered invalid.
  • The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Protech Group.
  • Decision of Protech Guru will be binding for all contestants.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Guwahati. However, Protech Group reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
  • Any image that violates the copyright and other related laws will not be eligible for the contest. The company shall not be held responsible in such cases.
  • Protech Group reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Protech Group also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
