Roles & Responsibilities

1. He will attend to the queries /complaints/grievances of the customer and resolve the same or communicate it immediately to head office.

1. Excellent knowledge on topics viz. Plumbing, Waterproofing, Floor & Tiles works, Painting and overall Finishing activities.

1. Identify, diagnose, and resolve structural issues, including cracks, leaks, and material degradation.

1. Coordinate and oversee repairs, including masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other facility components.

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance Supervisors, contractors, and vendors.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

1. 4 to 8 years of experience in Maintenance role.

1. Fluent in Assamese, Hindi and English.

1. The Candidate preferably has a 2-wheeler and a Driving License.

Summary

The Maintenance Executive serves as a primary point of contact for customers in matters of maintenance issues of the apartment units of building. The role requires the individual to attend to both indoor & outdoor duties, events as directed by the company management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. He /She will attend to the queries /complaints/grievances of the customer and resolve the same or communicate it immediately to head office.

1. He /she should be technically strong in identifying defects in flats/apartments and provide solution.

1. Carry out inspections of the building to identify and resolve issues.

1. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

1. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree required.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance role.

1. Fluent in Assamese, Hindi and English.

1. The Candidate preferably has a 2-wheeler and a Driving License.

1. Tech Savvy individual with knowledge of modern technology in terms of Computers, Cellphones, Electronic Equipment.

Job Description

1. Attending sales meetings and achieving revenue figures as decided by company leadership team.

1. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new project launches.

1. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

1. Making Site visits as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring proper briefing is provided to them for e.g. (about specifications/amenities) etc.

1. Report on sales activities to senior management.

1. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

1. Collecting customer feedback and market research

Education and Experience Requirements
