Work Location

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

1. Ensure execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.

1. Interpret civil construction drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs.

1. Manage slab casting cycles and vertical construction progress (G+10+ projects).

1. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance as directed by Site Engineer / Project Manager / Quality Head.

1. Enforce construction safety standards and PPE compliance as directed by Project Manager / Site Engineer / Management.

1. Manage subcontractors, labor teams, productivity, and construction timelines.

1. Maintain daily site documentation.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 10th or 10+2.

1. 5–10 years of experience in real estate construction.

1. Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects (G+10 or above).

1. Strong knowledge of RCC structural works, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site.

1. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

1. Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate execution.

1. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.

1. Monitor project progress and support timely completion of milestones.

1. Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction.

1. Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety practices.

1. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.

1. Check measurements, quantities, and material consumption.

1. Support billing, BOQ verification, and contractor payments.

1. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.

1. Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.

1. Ensure work is executed with good construction practices.

1. Maintain all records of work executed and checked such as checklists and pour cards.

1. Conduct post-concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills, and debit notes.

1. Ensure proper material storage and usage at site.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Must have a minimum of 3–6 years of experience.

1. Must be a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Roles

The Horticulturist will work closely with landscapers, gardeners, and other professionals to create and maintain aesthetically pleasing outdoor/indoor spaces. He will be responsible for selecting and installing plants, managing irrigation systems, and providing expert advice on plant care and maintenance. In this role, he may also be involved in designing and implementing sustainable gardening practices. Passion for plants and nature will be essential in creating and maintaining vibrant green spaces.

Responsibilities

1. Provides professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, and turf grasses.

1. Plans and designs annual and perennial flower beds.

1. Grows potted plants and nursery stock and maintains records on the growing operation.

1. Trains and supervises gardeners in proper methods and techniques of planting ornamental plants.

1. Trains in the techniques of pruning, wound dressing, cavity repair, and the cabling and bracing of trees and shrubs.

1. Advises on the preparation of orders for various types of plants and seeds.

1. Manages inventories, maps, and labels trees and shrubs for maintenance purposes.

1. Assists in the preparation of maintenance programs for the control of plant diseases and insects.

1. Prepares fertilizer programs for various types of plants.

1. Confers with landscape architects and other personnel in the selection of plants.

1. Designs and plans horticulture projects, including gardens, parks, and landscapes.

1. Implements sustainable gardening practices and promotes environmental conservation.

1. Collaborates with landscapers and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

1. Selects plants, trees, and shrubs based on environmental factors and design principles.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. We prefer a Graduate from an accredited college or university in the relevant curriculum (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture)

Knowledge, skills and abilities

1. Thorough knowledge of ornamental horticulture in all phases.

1. Proven experience in horticulture and landscaping.

1. Knowledge of plant identification, cultivation, and maintenance techniques.

1. Understanding of irrigation systems and watering practices.

1. Gathering and analyzing data to support pest and disease control and assess environmental impact.

1. Thorough knowledge of plant propagation and cultivation.

1. Considerable knowledge of the principles of nursery management.

1. Knowledge of supervisory principles and the ability to supervise the work of others.

1. Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
